At Studio.moseotool, we strive to build premium design engines that meet your animation creation requirements. If you are not fully satisfied with our plans, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your active monthly or yearly Pro or Enterprise subscription plan at any time. To cancel your subscription:
- Navigate to your User Settings inside the main Dashboard.
- Under the "Billing" tab, click "Cancel Subscription".
- Alternatively, you can email support@moseotool.com with your registered email id, and our team will terminate your recurring billing.
Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscription's premium features (such as 1080p rendering, watermark removal, and custom SVGs) until the end of your current active billing cycle. Your account will then downgrade to the free plan, and you will not be billed further.
2. Refund Eligibility & Window
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time premium subscriptions (both monthly and yearly plans):
- To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day period are generally not eligible for reimbursement, but you may cancel recurring charges at any time.
- Refund guarantees only apply to your first cycle. Renewals or subsequent subscription periods do not qualify for the 7-day refund guarantee.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact our support team through our contact page or email support@moseotool.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]". Please include the billing invoice number and transaction ID. Our finance desk will evaluate and process valid refunds within 5-7 business days. The actual funds may take an additional 3-5 banking days to reflect in your account.
4. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect account activity that indicates bad faith or abuse of the whiteboard platform. For instance, if a user exports multiple HD movies or accesses large quantities of premium assets and immediately requests a refund, we reserve the right to reject the refund request to protect our network partners.
