Thank you for subscribing to Studio.moseotool. Because our platform is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool, traditional physical shipping returns do not apply. This policy outlines our return parameters for online digital goods.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold on Studio.moseotool are digital memberships, subscription privileges, rendering tokens, or SVG asset packs. Because these items are delivered instantly to your user account upon payment verification, there is no physical shipping, transport tracking, or return packaging involved.

2. Returns & Deactivation

While you cannot physically return a software suite, you can request an account termination or plan reversal. If you choose to claim a refund within our 7-day guarantee window:

  • Your request will act as a digital "return".
  • Upon confirmation of your return, your account's subscription parameters (Pro or Enterprise privileges) will be deactivated immediately.
  • Any custom project exports or cloud-saved rendering files associated with premium limits will revert to basic viewer privileges.

3. Reversals & Billing

To request a digital subscription return, please submit your request to support@moseotool.com or use the details on our contact page. Upon processing the return, your card payment will be reversed through our payment processor desk.
